Layaway Program
LAYAWAY FAST FACTS
-
The GRS Layaway Program is available to all customers with a minimum
$100 purchase.

There are three layaway programs; 3, 4, and 6 months.

Clearance/Sale items are not allowed.
-
The Cancellation Fee on all Layaways is $20.
-
Down Payment is minimum of $20 or 15% (whichever is greater)
-
As long as payments are on time, the merchandise will be held for
you.
-
No interest and no service charge for completed layaways.

You first payment request will be emailed directly back to you.
LAYAWAY TRANSACTION RULES
-
All payments must be in paid monthly. Payments can be one or any
combination of these acceptable payment options: PayPal, credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, Discover, And American Express).

Customer will be emailed a payment invoice on the 20th of
each month. Payments are due on the
1st
of each month. Payments
must be made no later than the 10th of each month. Late
payments will be charged
5% late fee to be paid at the final payment.

As long as payments are made on time each month, no fees or charges
will be accrued.
-
No partial pickups or partial cancellations of merchandise
-
Person initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing
Layaway.

No price adjustments are allowed on clearance or sale items.
-
Items that are left in layaway beyond the agreed upon period will be
returned to stock and a cancellation fee will be assessed.
-
Layaways that
are returned for any reason within 30 days will be charged a 15%
restocking fee.
